you must pay 3 days after receive the invoice, agreement will terminate after 3 days .

This letter will with invoice.
Agreement is to build trust to the customer and build long term relationship
Agreement will valid after customer paid to the seller
Agreement consist of duties and responsible to the seller and right to sue the seller if breach the agreement
