1)  What we do?

2)  How long it take to get my order ?

Once an order has been placed it will take 4-5 weeks to arrive at your door International) 1-2 weeks (Nationality)

Delivery costs include insurance

• Malaysia delivery: RM 30.00
• rest of the world: RM 140.00 

We deliver the phones via secured and insured FedEx or Royal Mail.
When your package arrives, it will require a signature and identification upon receipt.

3)   How do I make payment?

There are several ways to make payment which is payment through bank account. For the transaction through bank account you need to make email confirmation to our email: khaishaz_90@yahoo.com

Simply send an e-mail stating which product you would like, and a company representative will reply within 24 hours confirming stock and our bank details for payment.

Payment processing is 100% secure, and customers’ information remains confidential for your security. 
Step of payment..  1) fill the order form
                           2) quotation will be send regarding your need and want
                           3) Agree will follow by invoice and lawyer form (consist lawyer and seller signature)
                           4) Make a payment to Bank directly
                           5) send email receipt or letter of transaction
                           6) Items will delivery on your house safely
                           7) money will return if the item not deliver

4)  Do you accept return ?

We don’t offer refunds on any of our products, they all come with a one year warranty and if a manufacturing problem occurs we will replacement it with a new one. Custom made products cannot be returned. We can replace or repair any parts if a product is defective.

5)  Can I make an investment on this product ?

Buying luxury phone is an investment. Although the phone itself is relatively inexpensive, the diamonds are not. In buying our phone you have invested in diamonds, which means that your diamonds have a value in the current market. If you decide to buy a new phone, you can choose to have your diamonds transferred to the new one. 

If you decide you’ve had enough of diamond-encrusted phones, there are other uses for your diamonds, such as a ring, necklace, bracelet or earrings. Whichever you choose, you don’t lose out.

6)  Fakes and Imitation ?

You will come across a few people selling fake imitations of a our design either on EBay or offering it 
cheaper on website, these people have ripped off our pictures and used it illegally to sell their products, 
also more importantly they have not got a license nor have they been endorsed by the handset 
manufacturing, as all handsets needs to be tested by the handset manufacture before being sold to the 
public. Do not be tempted to buy these fake products as you will not get all the additional benefits 
company gives and the security and warranty from the headset manufacturer! You loose all handset 
manufacture warranty when you buy these fake imitations making! Also make sure it has the company 
logo on it!

7)  How do I know the original product

You will get a certificate on that product. The serial number will show the original prove. You can check on the series at Italian Designer association website and amosu Diamond Company. We will take full responsible if we can’t prove on our product originality.
