Dear valued customers, the terms are our policies regarding the purchase of the phone featured here.

1. All phones are custom made. We create high quality custom phone from scratch, using human touch.You
    only get the best of the best.

2. Product delivery will be ensured not to exceed 4-5 working days. Full refund will be guaranteed for
    damaged products and for products that exceeds the working days.

3. We are not responsible for any lost of products during the delivery. However, we will provide you the
    product ID so that you can track your product location.

4. If we had any mistake on our part, we would gladly compensate in full. We might even send you some
    extra stuff.

5. You will have to fill in an order form in order to buy our products.

6. We will send you an invoice for the total cost of your order and details or the purchase.

7. Order will be cancelled if you didn't pay within 3 days from the ordering day.

8. You can bank in the money into our maybank account, and present us the proof of purchase, (resit) by emailing us.

9. Our prefered shipping method is using POSLAJU.\
